President

Run and manage all board meetings. Create, lead, promote, and execute the overall strategy, direction, and goals of Ad 2 Dallas.

Carli Pritchard

Vice President I

Be an ambassador of Ad 2 Dallas and do what is best for the club. Perform the President’s duties in absence of the President. Create, lead, promote, and execute the overall strategy, direction, and goals of the club. Perform duties as required by the President, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors, including the possibility of chairing a committee. Attend all events possible to support Ad 2 Dallas and recruit new board members.

Marissa Alvarado

Vice President II

Be an ambassador of Ad 2 Dallas and do what is best for the club. Perform the President’s duties in absence of the President. Create, lead, promote, and execute the overall strategy, direction, and goals of the club. Perform duties as required by the President, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors, including the possibility of chairing a committee. Advise the president, other officers and members of the board of directors regarding past practices, general operations, and etc.

Shelby Smith

Treasurer / Secretary

Attend all board meetings, take roll call, count official votes, take meeting minutes, develop and manage chapter budget and finances, maintain club records, etc.

Natalie Hunt

Membership Director

Responsible for recruiting and maintaining new membership for the club including, individual, corporate, and student membership. Collaborate with corporate and college ambassadors to promote events. Host and speak about Ad 2 at happy hours and events.

PUBLIC SERVICE

Danielle Bradford

Account Executive

Responsible for all client relations and outreach, project management, scheduling of client and internal meetings and working in close collaboration with the other members of public service to ensure the campaigns execution runs smoothly. Also, responsible for overseeing the client selection process in conjunction with the Ad 2 Dallas Executive committee.

Maggie Toerner

Strategy Director

Responsible for developing an execution plan for the Ad 2 Dallas yearly public service campaign. Work directly with the Public Service Account Executive and the client to determine  campaign goals, target audience, core positioning/messaging, funding/budget plan, and execution timeline for a pro-bono advertising campaign.

Trace Jerret

Media & Donations Director

Responsible for securing all funding and donations needed to the execute the strategy for the the public service campaign, handle all media relations, additional donor relations, and asset trafficking.

32 Under 32 Director

Plan and execute our annual 32 Under 32 event which honors the best advertisers in the DFW area under the age of 32. Must have excellent event planning, logistics, and communication skills. Collaborate with all committees, AAF, our management company, and more to promote the event.

Social Media Director

Responsible for all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Assist in social strategy, help create content calendars, post on all social channels, and monitor comments, etc.

Jackson Ingvardsen

Creative Director

Responsible for leading the creative direction of all Ad 2 Dallas marketing and communications. Collaborate with all committees to develop promotional materials for all events including emails, social, website, print, presentations, and more. Manage the assignment of projects to members of the Ad 2 Dallas creative team and step in where necessary to ensure materials are delivered on time and in alignment with creative briefs.

Brooke Weber

Lead Designer

Leads the design of creative assets for all Ad 2 Dallas marketing and communications including social, website, blog, email, ads, print, and presentations for club and event promotion. Quality check Collaborate with all committees on overall creative strategy needs.

William Howard

Lead Copywriter

Leads the copywriting for all Ad 2 Dallas marketing and communications including social, website, blog, email, ads, print, and presentations for club and event promotions. Edit featured article submissions from members before they are posted on our blog. Collaborate with all committees on overall creative strategy needs. Manage other writers on the creative team if necessary.

Open Position

Lead Producer

Leads the creative team in development of photo and video assets for all Ad 2 Dallas marketing and communications including social, website, blog, email, ads, and presentations for club and event promotions. Lead the operation of video cameras and equipment and the on-site direction of video shoots in collaboration with the Public Service committee.
